The liquid water cooling plate, also known as the liquid cooling heat dissipation plate, is the core heat exchange component of the liquid cooling heat dissipation system. Its interior is designed with a specific structure of flow channels. The coolant (such as water or ethylene glycol solution) circulates within the flow channels. Through direct or indirect contact with the heat-generating components, it absorbs and carries away the heat, and finally releases it into the environment through the radiator or heat exchanger to achieve cooling.
Main features
1.Structural customization: The flow channel design (such as serpentine, parallel, and microchannel) needs to be customized based on the power, shape, and thermal distribution of the heat-generating components to match the heat dissipation requirements.
2.Material targeting: The mainstream materials are aluminum alloy (lightweight and low cost), copper (high thermal conductivity), and stainless steel (corrosion-resistant and suitable for special working conditions). Some high-end scenarios may use titanium alloy.
3.Strict sealing performance: It must have extremely high sealing performance to prevent coolant leakage and avoid damaging electronic components. Usually, it needs to pass a high-pressure air tightness test.
4.Interface standardization: Equipped with standardized liquid inlet and outlet interfaces (such as quick connectors, threaded interfaces), it is convenient to connect with the pipelines, water pumps and other components of the liquid cooling system.
